Henner Janzen, Seesener Straße 50, 10711 Berlin, Germany (email: [email protected]) is separately the controller for the player roster and the player profiles. There is no joint controllership under Art. 26 GDPR.

Collection and processing of personal data

We process personal data strictly under GDPR and BDSG. When you visit this website, technically required data (e.g. IP address, user agent) is processed by our hosting provider.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable Technologies. The platform provider is Lovable Technologies; their privacy notice applies.

Web analytics

We use Umami Analytics as a cookie-less, privacy-friendly web analytics solution. No personal profiles are created; IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.

Fonts

We use locally embedded fonts only. No connection to Google Fonts or comparable third-party providers is established.

Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. No data is passed on to third parties.

Appointment booking (Calendly)

Appointments are booked via Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). The link opens in a new tab; no iframe embedding takes place. Data you enter is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Profiles of represented professional players

Henner Janzen presents selected professional players on this website whom he advises or represents. Published data is limited to name, current club, playing position, national affiliation and publicly known sporting achievements. Exact dates of birth and contract data are not published by default; for players under 18 the published data is limited to name, club, position and selected achievements. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; players may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
